Just of the river on the Togaik wildlife refuge with my Dad and Brother, Mikey and the Paradox sports crew Malcolm and Karen Daly, Vijay Viswanathan. We did one and a half days of portaging around a 20 ft waterfall, carrying 4 rafts, 7 days worth of food, and piggy backing Vijay and his wheel chair. It was extreme fly fishing, rainbow trout as long as my arm, spawning salmon, grizzly bears, and lots of rain. It was such a blast to be with awesome people, in such a huge and wild place. 7 days out in the big green tundra of the Brystol Bay region is such a special opportunity.

Tomorrow we fly in to the Brooks range to climb on the Arrigetch peaks, it sounds like there was a dusting of show up there as of today…. burrr. The weather looks kinda funky, seems like we will get to fly in, have a good day for hiking to base camp and then the low presure comes in…. we will see…..
